This Junmai Ginjo uses the Yamada Nishiki rice that is grown by farmer Mr Maekawa in Ichikawa town, Hyogo Prefecture. Fresh ginjo aromas, almost dry on the palate with gentle acidity and the mellow taste of rice. A saké that you can enjoy on its own or with a meal.
