Grade : Fruit Liqueur - Natsu Mikanshu

Alcohol : 7%

Although there are 3 types of mandarin oranges in Wakayama, the Natsu Mikan or Summer Mandarin is considered to have the best qualities. 

Served chilled with ice, on its own or as a cocktail base. Shake well before serving as real fruits are used and there will be some sediments.

Alcohol : 10%

Using only the famous Wakayama ume fruit that are ripe and aged, the fruit is then blended with saké and brewer's alcohol. The Japanese Ume is often referred to as a plum, but it is actually closely related to an apricot!  Ripe Ume is well known to be rich in many health benefits and properties.

Served chilled with ice, on its own or as a cocktail base. Shake well before serving as real fruits are used and there will be some sediments.

Yuzu fruits (juice and peel) blended with junmai saké

Alcohol : 7%

Yuzu fruits together with its juice and peel are blended with Heiwa Shuzo's junmai saké. A burst of sweet, sour and bitter notes makes this Yuzushu a highly refreshing drink. 

Served chilled with ice, on its own or as a cocktail base. Shake well before serving as real fruits are used and there will be some sediments.
