About 18 Ume fruits are used per bottle of Aragoshi Umeshu. The Ume in this Umeshu is pureed before being blended with the saké giving the drink a nigori like texture with its natural pulp.
Served chilled with ice, on its own or as a cocktail base. Shake well before serving as real fruits are used and there will be some sediments.
